Adobe released version 3 of Photoshop Album Starter Edition, their free version of PSA. PSA integrates with Photoshop Elements, like Adobe Bridge integrates with Photoshop, albeit with less features. At the moment only an English version is available. This version will upgrade albums from earlier version, but if you have bought your earlier version, please note that features available in a licensed version are not always there in the free version. So, make a back-up first!
